My elevator pitch to you:

Straight up, this is an investment in yourself to propel you towards achieving wellness goals and/or towards managing stressors in your life.

You can expect to need 4 sessions to complete the 4 phases to propel you towards achieving your target goal. The core 4 sessions are meant to drive long-lasting change and to give you access to life-long tools for you to utilize as you wish, on your own behalf, for your own benefit. Once you are through those 4 core phases, you can replicate the entire process yourself, with minimal to no input from me. 

You are encouraged to book 1-hour intuitive/ energetic sessions to address stressors, obstacles, or times of feeling stuck. You can simply book these as you need to stay on track through your coaching program and thereafter for maintenance.

I do not require a signed contract nor commitment to x months of coaching. I honor you as the client to guide the process based on your intuition, your needs, your schedule, and your desire to progress when suits you.

What'll happen:

Step 1

You’ll schedule a 1:1 session with me through this page (reminder: the initial session is required to the 90 minute session unless you’re opting for the solely intuitive + energetic session):

  • you’ll be prompted to complete payment through e-transfer
  • please be advised that a failure to provide a minimum of a full 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment results in the session fee (that was already pre-paid to book the session) being non-refundable.

Step 2

Once payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email of the appointment along with:

  • a zoom link for the session
  • a few simple questions and visual scales to complete that will literally take less than 3 minutes to do (really! go with your first instinct… these are meant to be quick instinctual responses)
  • a simple waiver to digitally initial and sign

Step 3

We have our 1:1 session:

  • the initial session will last about 90 minutes, and thereafter follow-ups of about 60 minutes are typically sufficient
  • we’ll discuss your concerns + goals
  • using intuition + energetics, I’ll offer a new perspective to help you see your situation from a different angle, or through a different lens
  • we’ll delve in to where you’re at now and where you want to be
  • we’ll have completed the Let’s Get Into It!/ Phase 1 form and you’ll have the opportunity to review/ reflect and add to/ modify it post-session

Step 4

We’ll follow up at your choosing to continue to explore + expand as discussed on the Working with Me page:

  • you choose + book your follow-up sessions however suits you and your schedule
  • generally speaking, the core 4 sessions/ 4 phases (more on this below!) include the Let’s Get Into It!, brain-training script, Let’s GO!, and an intuitive/ energetic session, however, you can structure your sessions as you wish!  Some clients opt for 2 Let’s GO! sessions over time and no intuitive/ energetic session for example.  You drive!  You choose!


Ideally, we have a few phases to complete in our collaboration although these phases can be refined to suit you and your situation (so nothing is set in stone! … the process can be as flexible as you desire)

Phase 1:

Let's Get into it!

We delve in to what you’ve expressed as concerns through the brief questionnaire + scales you completed upon booking your session. This is our first 1:1 session! 

Please note the first session is required to be booked as a 90 minute session. Future 90 minute sessions are otherwise only required when we complete phase 1/ the Let’s Get Into It form which might be to re-start the process, to target a new stressor/goal, or to resume after a prolonged time of no contact.

Key phrases to describe phase 1: safe space to openly and honestly explore and clearly identity what’s not working for you; receive the magical gift of a new perspective; be inspired and motivated to create change; reach outside your comfort zone and step within to where the magic happens

Phase 2:

Brain-Training Prep

Through reflection of all we covered in phase 1 along with my intuitive/ energetic read, I prepare a brain- training script specifically suited to you + your situation. The script will involve simple relaxation, meditation, and visualization techniques that will be tailored to you so that it comes to you easily + naturally.

If this phase is desired, you’d then book a 60 minute follow-up session WITH script on the booking page. This ensures you receive the script within the session booked. There is an additional $75 fee for the individualized work I put in to preparing your script.  No 2 scripts are even remotely the same and I put in the work on this to ensure the script is suited to you as an individual.

The life script is super-important because it empowers you to overwrite limiting beliefs with new programming that is designed to easily propel you towards your goal. Willpower cannot overcome those old patterns + limiting beliefs, but brain training/the script can!

Key phrases to describe phase 2: sensing and knowing; intuitive and energetic reading; connecting in feeling, hearing, sensing, seeing, and shared experiences; locating the most important truth nuggets from phase 1 (mining the diamonds!) and relaying them back to you in a way that matches your knowing + intuition style while based in science.

Phase 3:

Brain-Training Delivered

This is a 1:1 session where I deliver the powerful + impactful brain-training script to you, we re- work it together to fully suit you based on your intuition + feedback, and you then get to work on it! Typically, the requirement to drive change is working this brain-training script morning and evening, for perhaps 10 minutes. Beyond this, you might have some simple reflective homework to do that ties in to phase 4.

Key phrases to describe phase 3: brain-training through simple relaxation, meditation, and visualization; starting to walk + create that new pathway or trail; laying down new tracks; re-programming the unconscious

Phase 4:

Let's GO! aka The Nitty Gritty

This is another 1:1 session where we further delve in to what you’ve expressed as goals, and we break down those goals into small workable pieces. We have a structured plan for you to now work towards your goals along with continuing your brain-training script. From here the foundational work is completed! 

Future sessions might be targeted towards learning further strategies to mitigate stress, build your intuitive skills, receive further brain-training scripts, address obstacles that are interfering with the above phases, or address brand new goals because your primary goal has been achieved! This is also a great time to revisit our progress markers so you can see where you were and how far you’ve come!

Key phrases to describe phase 4: continue walking the new path; experience long-lasting change… limitless potential… balanced dreaming… living a life of purpose, joy, serenity, and freedom… living a magical life!

So, the above phases are not meant to be set in stone. If you are more interested in the intuitive + energetic part, and not so into the coaching aspect, that’s quite alright. If you’re the opposite and you’re much more into the coaching aspect than the intuitive + energetic side, that’s also quite alright. If you’re interested in both, we can work with that too.

Once the 4 phases are completed, maintenance sessions are recommended as “check-ins” as you feel you need.

Rates and Options for Booking:

IMPORTANT – Please use the same email address whenever you book a session.  Otherwise, you will need to track multiple portals to review your invoices/ forms/ emails instead of all of this being combined into 1 portal where all of your information throughout the program and across bookings is in 1 neat + tidy place!

Please note, the below rates do not include gst/hst.

Please keep in mind session length is a general guideline only.  Flexibility with sessions ending early or running longer is appreciated.

90 minute session:

required for the initial coaching session and all future phase 1 (Let’s Get Into It) sessions


60 minute session:

recommended for all follow up sessions without script and for intuitive/ energetic reading sessions


60 minute session WITH script:

required for a follow up session where the script is delivered to you


The Core 4 – commit upfront to the 4 core sessions:

includes one 90-minute initial session, three x 1-hour follow ups, and 1 script

choose this option and save 10% or $75!  this option makes the script free!

please note for this option, all of the sessions must be completed within 6 months (you can book sessions closer together if you wish!)


What you see vs what I see:

I’m fully aware that when people look at this price-list, they see the amount per hour.  And while I do not deny these sessions are an investment, what I see is the work that extends beyond the 1:1 session that can sometimes be overlooked + under-valued.  So while at first-glance you might just see the hourly rate, I see the prep work I do pre-session, the 1:1 time in-session, the post-session time where I complete the form or summary for you, the review time of your additions/ modifications to the form/ summary, and the unlimited back + forth support that comes with the coaching program… answering questions, delivering intuitive messages, wielding energetic support… and that all takes time… focused attentive time.  I’m happy to do it!  I love this “work”!  I just need you to recognize the fee extends far beyond the session!

So, to keep it simple, 60 minute sessions are sufficient except for the initial session where a 90 minute session is required. Other than that, when you want to receive your script, book a follow up session WITH SCRIPT. That’s it!
