Online or in-person is equally effective. Whether online or in person, I tend to read you in the same way. The difference is really only in the way of healing. Online the healing reaches you through words, exploration, and me wielding energy on your behalf. Intuitive Wellness Coaching is about attaining holistic wellness, wellness across all life areas – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, relationship & professional. It’s about knowing how to nail down the key wellness goal (the target goal) so most (if not all) of your other wellness goals align!
Keep in mind Energy Healing is intertwined with Intuitive Wellness Coaching for your holistic wellness & goal achievement. While at least one session is formally an Energy Healing session done online, many folks have booked more than one Energy Healing session (online or in-person) to facilitate & maximize their coaching program.

The groundwork of the entire program where we explore where you are vs where you want to be. Using time-shifting & visualization we see, feel, hear, sense & know what the attainment of your target goal would be like in order to program your mind to attain that goal.

A powerful piece of the program where I design a visualization & meditation tool just for you. This script empowers you to overwrite old, limiting beliefs and replace them with new tracks that are intentionally designed to take you directly to the attainment of your target goal.

Reading & wielding energy to identify and clear wherever you’re butting up against old survival patterns or blocks. This way we’re streamlining the entire process helping you achieve your goals in the most simple, efficient & effective ways.
